"Just wanted to say thanks for all your work in my kitchen, post-flood. Everyone at Ferris has been an absolute pleasure to deal with - from Rosie first to the guys on site who left this Monday. I think it was the assessor first who checked the alarming moisture content, then Nick who fitted the dehumidifier and ripped up most of the damaged laminate and tiling. Both nice fellas. Daniel came to level the floor and worked like a devil to get it done, filling in bumps and cracks and I gather it took a lot of material to level it up but he did a great job. Martin did a fantastic job on the tiling of the floor. It looks spectacular and he obviously is hugely skilled and takes great pride in his work. It was a pleasure to have him in the house. Then Gary decorated and again, did a great job. Very thorough and did bits of glossing which I initially didn't think I needed but I think his professional pride wouldn't let him agree to that."
