Our team includes fully qualified construction professionals, enabling Ferris UK to act as Principal Contractor on projects ranging from £500 to £500,000.

With a dedicated delivery team, we manage works safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with CDM regulations. Our teams’ accreditations include SMSTS, SSSTS, BDMA and MCIOB, reflecting our commitment to professional standards, governance, and high-quality outcomes.

We combine rigorous claim validation with exceptional customer service. Operating under delegated authority, we act as trusted custodians of insurers’ funds, ensuring accurate and compliant allocation of spend on every claim.

Our team manages the entire claim lifecycle, including the coordination of approved third-party suppliers such as contents handling, specialist contractors, drying services, and asbestos removal - providing a seamless experience for both insurer and policyholder.
